Please note that a booking fee is required to schedule an appointment with us. We recommend reviewing our permanent makeup procedure information and/or lash extension procedure information before booking your appointment to ensure that you are a good candidate for the service(s) you are interested in. Unfortunately, not everyone is a good candidate for these services, and Starry Eyes Studio is not responsible if you are unable to proceed with the service(s) due to your candidacy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call us.

We do our best to accommodate our clients and schedule appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text, but it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your booking fee and any promotional pricing. You can call and leave a message if necessary, but please note that Facebook, Instagram, and email are not accepted methods of canceling or rescheduling.

We understand that illness and emergencies can arise, but we cannot be responsible for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to our cancellation policy are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
